Lafayette Township Clean Up Day

Lafayette Township and Village of Chippewa Lake residents are encouraged to beautify our community by bringing your unwanted trash to the Medina County Solid Waste District , 8700 Lake Road, on May 4th, 8:00 am – Noon. (Lake Rd. & Route 224 north of TA truck stop). Lafayette township residents must provide proof of residency and use the south entrance (look for signs).

PLEASE CONSIDER BRINGING NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS TO BE DONATE TO FEEDING MEDINA COUNTY.

Free Disposable Items Include: general trash, FREON FREE appliances, scrap metal, furniture, fluorescent bulbs, computers, printers, monitors, old-style TV’s or monitors (CRT), batteries, used oil -placed in plastic gallon jugs (no mixtures, gasoline or antifreeze), and old yard equipment (tanks must be drained) and four passenger tires.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED INCLUDE: appliances containing freon, medications, syringes, off road tires, tires on rims, cell phones, fax machines, or
